09.09.1939 byla baterie při bombardování u mostu v prostoru Świerże Górne značně rozprášena. Velitel baterie společně s baterijním průzkumem odešli na východ a už se ke zbytku baterie nepřipojili. Některé zdroje uvádějí, že s nimi odešly (nebo byly v důsledku bombardování ztraceny) rovněž 2 kanony, ale Jarno uvádí, že ještě v boji u Falenice (19.09.1939) měla baterie 4 kanony.
Poznámka:
Note:		 1) Baterie byla po celodenním boji s jednotkami 11 pěší divize (Głowacki uvádí mylně 1. pěší divize) a částmi tankové divize „Kempf“ v rámci oddílu rozpuštěna. Zbývající těžká výzbroj byla zničena.
2) Baterie byla organizačně v sestavě oddílu, ale po přidělení k podpoře některého z jezdeckých pluků brigády byla operačně podřízená veliteli podporované jednotky:

09.09.1939 byla baterie při přechodu přez most přes řeku Vislu u obce Świerże Górne bombardována Junkersy Ju 87 B pravděpodobně od [/url]I./St.G 76. Část baterie (bez velitele a baterijního průzkumu) se zbytkem oddílu ztratila kontakt. Kontakt s 1. baterií a většinou spojovací čety byl navázán 10.09.1939 a zbytky baterie pod velením nového velitele se staly organizační součástí obnoveného 3. oddílu jízdního dělostřelectva

1) (13.11.1902-DD.MM.1940). 09.09.1939 after the aerial bombing during the crossing of the Vistula near the village of Świerże Górne reported to the commander of the supported 4. hulánského regiment, that his battery was aerial bombing (probably the Planes Ju 87 B from ./St.G 76) destroyed, and with baterijním exploration left to the east. Some other sources cite that he was in the bombing of the wounded, and to the east, he also left with two guns of the battery, 13.09.1939 in the city of Radzyń joined forces of the Combined cavalry brigade Zakrzewski and with them fought 23.09.1939 in the fighting near the town of Krasnobród. Under unknown circumstances he got to the soviet captivity. He was imprisoned in Starobelsk and DD.MM.1940 in Kharkov murdered. 05.10.2007 was posthumously promoted to the rank of major.

2) (16.08.1909-04.02.1991). After the dissolution of the battery has forced his way into the besieged Warsaw. After its surrender he fell 29.09.1939 into German captivity. After the end of the war he returned to Poland.
3) (02.08.1903-DD.MM.1957 (?)). Master rights. 09.09.1939 after the aerial bombing during the crossing of the Vistula near the village of Świerże Górne probably left with baterijním exploration with a group of the battery commander and joined the troops of the Combined cavalry brigade Zakrzewski. After their surrender, he escaped capture and lived with their relatives w the village of Wola Sławińska. He was active in an armed resistance in the ranks of the of the Union of armed struggle and the Earth's army, where in the years 1943-1944 executed under the cover names "Florian" and "Jawor" the function of the prosecutor of the Special court-martial a Separate area of the Lublin Provincial army (Wojskowy Sąd Specjalny Samodzielnego Okręgu Lublin AK). After the liberation of Lublin the Soviet army was 10.11.1944 arrested by the NKWD. He was sentenced to death which was later commuted to a long prison sentence. DD.12.1956 he was pardoned and rehabilitated but emotionally broken, he committed suicide. Głowacki it mistakenly states in the framework of the battery after 09.09.1939 as a commander Even. platoon.

4) (DD.MM.YYYY-DD.MM.YYYY). To 10.09.1939 was the commander of the II. platoon. 13.09.1939 was to the rank of second lieutenant promoted to command of the Supreme commander. After the dissolution of the battery has forced his way into the besieged Warsaw. It is not listed in the list of losses not captured. Głowacki it in the command assembly of the battery after 09.09.1939 does not.

5) (09.03.1914-29.01.1995). To 10.09.1939 was a commander as well. platoon. After the dissolution of the battery has forced his way into the besieged Warsaw, and after its surrender he fell into German captivity, from which he was 01.02.1945 released. Internet source mistakenly states that the prisoner fell down after the fight near the village of Falenica.
