4. Pułk Ułanów Zaniemeńskich
Tradition:
The regiment continues the traditions of the 4th Pułka Ułanów Królestwa Polskiego.
History:
1.11.1918 - regiment founded in Warsaw, individual squadrons were organized in Łomzy, Mławia, Płock, Włocławk, Białymstok, Koninie and Włocławk.
1918 – 1921 – the regiment takes part in the Polish-Bolshevik war
1921 – the regiment was transferred to Wilno, which became its garrison.
1927 – the regiment receives the official name 4. Pułk Ułanów Zaniemeńskich
1939 – the regiment as part of the Wileńskiej Brygady Kawalerii participates in the Polish War of Defense in September 1939
27.9.1939 - 4th Pułk Ułanów Zaniemeńskich surrenders.
