43rd Fighter Squadron (43. stíhací peruť) je jednotka zodpovědná za výcvik pilotů pro nejmodernější stíhací letoun amerického letectva, F-22 Raptor. 43rd FS je součástí 325th Fighter Wing (325. stíhacího křídla), přesněji jeho 325th Operations Group (325. operační skupiny) na základně Tyndall AFB, stát Florida. 325th FW vede v rámci Air Education and Training Command výcvik stíhacích pilotů pro F-15 Eagle a F-22 Raptor.

Koncem roku 2006 byl příslušník této jednotky, Maj. Paul "Max" Moga, vybrán za vůbec prvního předváděcího pilota nově sestaveného Raptor Demo Teamu pro sezóny 2007 a 2008. Také druhý předváděcí pilot F-22 (pro sezóny 2009 a 2010), Maj. David "Zeke" Skalicky, pochází ze 43rd FS.
