The commander of the 1st Company (Kompaniechef)/512 was Oberleutnant Albert Ernst (led by Jagdtiger X 1)
The commander of the first platoon of this company ( 1. Zug) was Leutnant Heinz Rondorf. The platoon had 3 vehicles marked X2, X3, X4.
The commander of the second platoon of this company ( 2. Zug) was Leutnant Kubleka. The platoon had 3 vehicles marked X5, X6, X7
The commander of the third platoon of this company ( 3. Zug) was Leutnant Sepp Tarlach. The platoon had 3 vehicles marked X8, X9, X10.

All Jagdtigery 512. Abteilung were a later series, which was recognizable by the three-row holder for spare belts ( dreireihigen Halterungen für Ersatzketten) and a handle for the crane ([i: aaaaaür den Kranung/i]).

Lieutenant (Leutnant) Heinz Rondorf (former member of sPzAbt. 503) was the commander of the first platoon ( Zugführer des 1.Zuges) and rode the Jagdtigery marked X2. The second company 512 was commanded by Otto Carius. Is it possible that it bears the letter Y instead of X?

There is a photo from an issue of the Panzerwrecks publication of a machine of the 2nd Company where it bears the designation "Y". The publication indicates that the 3rd Company was to carry the designation "Z".
