57 mm single round with anti-tank bullet with tracer 53-UBR-281 (53 - & # 1059; & # 1041; & # 1056; -281) with anti-tank bullet BR-281 (& # 1041; & # 1056; -281) is designed only for shooting at ground armored targets, OT, BVP and tanks up to a distance of 1000 - 1500 m. The missile contains a bottom lighter MD-10 (& # 1052; & # 1044; -10). It is an impact igniter with a delay, which is calculated so that the explosion of the projectile occurs immediately behind the armor.
The BR-281 missile consists of: - from the body with a cavity for bursting charge and a threaded hole in the bottom part for screwing on the lighter - from Makarov's cap on the head of the bullet - from a ballistic helmet attached to Makarov's cap - from explosive charge (hexogen and aluminum powder) - from the guide ring
The weight of the projectile BR-281 is 2.8 kg, the weight of a single round UBR-281 is 6.61 kg.
