The company [also]Borgward[/i] after skúsenostiach vojakov with it Borgward B IV a/b pristúpila to modifikačným adjustments. Pozíciu vodiča presunula on ľavú side and elminovala emergency exit from the right side. New vehicle mierne changed shapes and dimensions. Leading pancier bol zväčšený on hrúbku 20 mm to better withstand streľbe priebojným strelivom of ručných weapons. The company received a contract to manufacture 400 pieces of this new demoličného of the vehicle. Production was launched in 12/1943, and ended up on the jeseň/autumn 1944 (23.10.1944 bolo from nariadenia of the ministry of industry prikázané stop this thing making). Celkovo bolo for the rest 11/1944 completed 322 pcs B IVc.
The first combat nasadenie new machines prebehlo in Taliansku in the framework of the 3.Kompanie/508.s.Pz.Abt. and 3.Kompanie/504.s.Pz.Abt. Under organizačnej of zo 14.2.1944 malo albeit in the context of zmienených jednotiek after 14 pcs navádzacích machines Pz.Kpfw.VI Ausf.E "Tiger". Ďalšou unit armed with týmito vozidlami bola Panzer Company (Fkl) 316 zaradená to the Panzer Lehr Division and subsequently premenovaná to 1. schwere Panzer Company (Fkl). Pôvodne bolo súčasťou unit 5 pcs navádzacích ťažkých machines Pz.Kpfw.VI Ausf.B "Tiger II". After reorganizácii im boli Tigre II odobraté and replaced the ich 3 ks Pz.Kpfw.VI Ausf.E "Tiger" and 9 pcs of offensive ' twas Sturmgeschutz III Ausf.G. Ďalšou unit používajúcou tieto machines bola Panzer Abteilung 302 (Fkl), which ich has adopted in the summer of 1944, the pri repressed povstalcov vo Varšave. Panzer Abteilung 301 (Fkl) boli spoločne with navádzacími tankami Pz.Kpfw.VI Ausf.E "Tiger" nasadené in 11/1944 on západnom the front, neskôr in ardenskej operácii.
