VKV rádiostanica určená pre duplexnú dátovú prevádzku. Konštrukčne vychádza zo stanice RF-13, od nej sa líši doplnením samostatného vstupu pre prijímaciu anténu, úpravou nf trasy a úpravou ovládacieho programu. Používa sa v súprave s 25 W vf zosilňovačom ZM-13 (50 W ZV-13), vf filtrami AF-13, AF-13.1 a rádiomodemom MD-13.1. Rádiostanicu je možné prevádzkovať aj samostatne spolu s príslušenstvom rádiovej stanice FR-13.
