CIVIL DEFENSE
specific type of strategic security defense of the state; it includes:
– the system of organs of the military /military Civil defence/ non-military character /territorial component of the Civil defense unit and civil defense objects and the services of the self-help civil defense of municipalities/;
– a summary of the measures factually, temporally and locally at each follow-up, carried out by mostly non-military forces of socialist society to ensure the effective protection of population, objects of national economy, cultural values, material needs and resources from the consequences of enemy attacks and to create the necessary conditions for the function of the state and social institutions and the economy, to security, resilience, preservation of viability, the armed services committee and the economic potential of the socialist society in the contemporary war.
