Súkenná továreň (pôvodne Hornouhorská súkenná továreň in Čadci, after the year 1945 Slovena) bioly built in rokoch 1903-1904. Factory vyrábala a wide range of latok, including military súkna. After the end of the 1. svetovej war aj in dôsledku economic krízy sa got into the economic problémov and in decemrbi 1921 bola production in the factory closed. Part of the object (prízemie) used from 1922 Czechoslovak army, that the umeistnila your unit.

During the second svetovej war sa továreň become zhromaždiskom židov predi ch odsunom to koncentračných táborov and from septembra 1944 to may 1945 the boli staying nemeckí and maďarskí soldiers and a szimy 1944/1945 aj soldiers Russian oslobodzovacej army (ROA, ľudovo Vlasovci).

After the end of the 2. svetovej war was decided obnoviť vo fabrike textilnú production (Plant undertaking Slovena Žilina), to čomu bola used opustená textile mill in the Krnov, odkiaľ bolo premiestnené technological vybavenie.
