Prague to its victorious sons
On the square Under the Emmaus hotel is located a monument to the czechoslovak legionnaires "Prague to its victorious sons". The original monument was from Joseph Mařatky, but this was destroyed by the nazis during the occupation. This is a new monument, which was created according to the original documentation. The sculptures are the work of sculptor Catherine Amortové and illustrate a total of 9 characters - one legionnaire Italian, two Russian and four French, another is the figure of a woman, which symbolizes the Threshold.

Museum of the city of Prague
The main building of the Museum of the city of Prague is the neo-renaissance exhibition building from the years 1896-1898. The museum is a permanent exhibition of prehistory, the middle ages and the baroque. Furthermore, it is here exposed to the Langweil's model of Prague and there is even a 3D video presentation of the same model. In addition, there is a smaller amount of time exhibitions. In the building there is placed a number of smaller or larger mainly construction elements carried over from other defunct historic prague buildings.
