The smallest vojsková setnina artillery was subordinated to the the headquarters of the divisional artillery. Formed her chief (petty officer) and two enlisted men from the personnel of the military air force. Did not exist in the peaceful structure of the artillery, but was mobilized during the secret alarm of mobilization together with other units of the light artillery regiment.
The task of the patrol was to survey the current weather conditions (ground temperature and atmospheric pressure, direction and force of wind at various heights) for the calculation of the corrections settings according to the firing tables.
