Note: 		Skautské vyznamenání Medaile Syrinx bylo zřízeno rozhodnutím Náčelnictva Junáka v roce 2004 a navazuje na Stříbrnou Syrinx, zřízenou roku 1926 Výkonným výborem oldskautů Svazu junáků skautů Republiky Československé. Scout Medal was established by Syrinx Junák chieftainship in 2004 and builds on the Silver Syrinx, established in 1926 by the Executive Committee of the Union of young men oldskautů Scouts of the Czechoslovak Republic.
