The MBK/MKL-186 naval armoured boats are the last group I am aware of using turrets from T-34 tanks. The first and model unit of this type (BK-521) was established on 31.08.1944 in Leningrad and was accepted for service on 5.10.1945. As can be seen, they did not intervene in the battles of the II.S.V., the double designation is responsible for the multiple re-designations of the type. first "Sea Armored Boat" MBK (Morskoy Bronze Kater) later "Small Gunboat" MKL (Malaya Kanonerskaya Lodka). Thus, we may encounter both designations. The shipyards built 38 units of this type, the last one (BK-558) in 1947. As of 21.01.1960, the last one (BK-522) was written off from the VMF armament.
