Note:

The course of the accident:
During the overflight of an aeroplane from the airport Přerov at the airport Plzen-line ab was the fault of led by a colonel.Sitty flying on the airplane MiG-21MF 4421 on a collision course with the head of a MiG-21MF 7701 pilotovaným kpt.Libor Bučkem and damage to both machines.Both nezraněným the pilots managed to get their aircraft to land in Pilsen-Líních, the aircraft 7701 was handed over to 51.LOZ Plzen-line ab for the repair, the aircraft 4421 remained stored unrepaired and later was cancelled

The wing of the aircraft was in 1997 replaced with a wing of the aircraft MiG-21MF 9412, which was fitted with a strongly olétanou greenish-brown camouflage with light grey lower surfaces
