History:
• In the second half of the twenties took command of the japanese army air force to replace the outgoing Nakajimu Ko-4 fighter aircraft of its own production and was commissioned by the task air factories Nakajima, Kawasaki and Mitsubishi. • Mitsubishi participated in Hayabusou (Falcon) here was the design team completely japanese ing.Nobushiro Nakata, Jiro Hirokoshi (later the designer of the Zera) and Jiro Tanaka. The consultant team and the oversight structures had Dr Alexander Baumann of Stuttgart.
