Wellington 104. perutě RAF. Na tomto stroji v osádce F/O R. Averyho absolvoval 9 nočních náletů také Čechoslovák F/O J. O. Ziegler, jenž sloužil jako palubní střelec. V tomto stroji také zahynul, když v noci ze 4. na 5. 5. 1944 Wellington EP-A sestřelil Uffz. Herbert Nahlik od I./NJG 6 letící na Bf 110 G. Wellington operoval z jihoitalské základny Foggia Main, proto nese tzv. "středomořskou" kamufláž sestávající z nepravidelných polí středně pískové (MId Stone) a tmavé zemité (Dark Earth) na horních plochách, zatímco boční a spodní kryje matná černá.
