History / History
Squadron was formed 16. September 1943 at the base of the Sea Island in the province of British Columbia as a coupling unit. Operated on the west coast of Canada and in addition to its primary role of ensuring also the rescue operation. With the end of the war was 31. October 1945, cancelled. Its airmen have completed 13 583 operating hours at the loss of 4 machines, 5 killed and 1 wounded airmen.
