AT-6D Texan / Harvard Mk.III ("Fools Rush In", the serial number 88-16336, serial number 42-84555, EP-H / G-ELMH), Flying Legends Air Show, 2003. The aircraft was manufactured in 1944 as one of the 22 machines designated for the air component of the british royal navy (Fleet Air Arm). In July 1944, the aircraft arrived to 46 HIM at the base of Lossiemouth, where he received a serial number EZ341. Of the armament of the navy was scrapped in 1956. Then it was sold to Portugal, where in the ranks of the local air force he served until 1973. Subsequently appeared in the collections of the Portuguese air museum, Alverca, where he was in 1991 shipped back to Britain. A year later the aircraft was bought by Maurice Hammond, who after 2 years of renovations, said to letuschopného condition with registration mark G-ELMH. The aircraft now bears the fictitious marking the american 100. bomber group, which used Texany, but the bombers B-17. (©Radek Havelka)
