of 9. July 1994
state decorations of the Czech republic

Parliament has passed the following act of the Czech republic:
§ 1

(1) loan us or awarding state decorations of the Czech republic (hereinafter referred to as "awards") to individuals appreciates the state their outstanding civil merit of building a free and democratic society, the results of the work, the effort to defend the fatherland, the heroic and other exceptional deeds.

§ 2

THE STATUTES OF THE ORDER OF TOMÁŠ GARRIGUE MASARYK
Article. 1

The order of Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk confers or grants the president of the republic to persons that are in an excellent way contributed to the development of democracy, humanity and human rights.
Article. 2

The order of Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk has five classes, of which Even. the class is the highest.
