Badge: 		Ušakovův řád I. stupně je z platiny a má podobu pěticípé hvězdy s rozpětím 56 mm mezi jejími protilehlými vrcholy. Doprostřed lícní strany je zasazen modře smaltovaný kruh se zlatým reliéfem poprsí F. F. Ušakova a zlatým nápisem „ADMIRAL UŠAKOV“. Kruh je obrouben symbolickým lanem a v horní polovině ještě kotevním řetězem. Na dolní část kruhu navazuje kotva, na jejíž ramena jsou vloženy dvě zlaté ratolesti, vavřínová a dubová, a srp a kladivo. Řád není zavěšen na stuze, k oděvu se připevňuje šroubem a maticí.

Order Ušakova[/heading:aaaaaa]

Was established by the decree presidium of the Supreme soviet of the USSR of 3. march 1944. Admiral Fyodor Fyodorovich Ushakov, whose name it bears, lived in the years 1744 to 1817.
