PMCh ( & # 1055; & # 1052; & # 1061;) - a field bakery set intended for the preparation of bread (other bakery products) in field conditions in places of deployment. The technological preparation of bread takes place in a built tent, which is part of the set.

Basic information:
- start of series production and introduction into the armed forces: 1954
- development time: 1.5 - 2 hours (in summer); 2 - 3 hours (in winter)
- winding time: 1 - 1.3 hours (in summer); 1.5 - 2 hours (in winter)
- total weight of the combination (excluding lorries): 17250 kg
- daily capacity of the bakery: 5.87 t of rye bread (weighing 1.7 kg) ;, 5.5 t of wheat bread (weighing 1.6 kg); 4.15 t of wheat bread (from selected flour, weighing 1.2 kg)
- time of baking the first bread after arrival at the site (summer/winter):
1. in the normal method of preparation using the starting yeast: 9-10/11-14 hrs
2. with an accelerated method of preparation of the dough: 4.5 - 5.9/6.9 hours
- fuel consumption for the preparation of 1 t of bread: 0.5-0.6 m 3 solid fuel (wood with a moisture content of 21-33%); 64-77 kg of liquid fuel (diesel, kerosene)
