Hart Mk.I - basic version, light bomber, 373 built for the RAF
Hart Trainer - trainer version, with modified wings due to centre of gravity shift and dual controls. 507 built.
Hart Fighter - a six-rotor pre-series two-seat fighter version, later produced in series as the Hawker Demon
Hart (India) - tropicalised version for service on the north-west frontier of India, additional equipment such as water supplies, food, essential spares etc. 57 machines.
Hart (Special) - tropicalised version for service in the Middle East, Kestrel X engine. 46 machines built.
