Skyvan Srs.1
The first prototype, a small transport aircraft with Continental GTSIO-520 engines. First flight on January 17, 1963.
Skyvan Srs.1A
The first prototype after the engines were replaced with Astazou II turboprops. First flight 2. 10. 1963.
Skyvan Srs.2
Designation of three development machines and 16 pre-production machines with Astazou XII engines. First flight 29 October 1965, some later modified to Srs.3 standard.
Skyvan Srs.3
The main civilian transport version, powered by Garrett AiResearch TPE331 engines, the first machine with these engines, a converted Srs.2 G-ASZI, flew on 15 December 1967. Approximately 80 machines built (145 machines of all Srs.3 variants in total).
Skyvan Srs.3A
Version with increased maximum take-off weight to 6215 kg, one built, others hopefully rebuilt.
Skyvan Srs.3M
Military version of the Srs.3, prototype flew in early 1970. Designed for classic transport tasks, parachute drops, SAR, etc. Approximately 75 machines built, some in Srs.3M-200 variant with maximum take-off weight increased to 6804 kg
