The ship Minsk was not sold to China, but to South Korea and its declared use was "for dismantling for scrap" the price was 4.5 million dollars, but the Koreans did not dismantle it, but on the contrary sold it on for 16 million to China where the ship became a tourist attraction. which was my source. The article says that there is a lot of military equipment on the ship that was not dismantled before the sale and also that the helicopter deck is now a strip bar.
