9S510M (9С510М) - PLRK 9K317M Buk-M3 detachment command post. It provides reception and processing of air situation information from own and superior radars and other automated command systems and assignment of targets to individual fire assets. It allows 36 targets to be tracked and shot simultaneously. The command post is built on a GM-5969 (ГМ-5969) tracked chassis.
