SCR-399 (mobilní KV radiová stanice)

Radio HF station SCR-399 (mobile)


The mobile version of the SCR-399 radio station was delivered in box bodies ("container" type HO-17,
mounted on a GMC CCKW 2 1/2 t (6x6) or US-6 "Studebaker" (etc.) truck.
with a single-axle trailer type K-52 for transporting the power plant.


The Radio KV station SCR-499 is a designation for equipment of identical design and composition when used as stationary.

The SCR-399 radio was also shipped to the USSR under the Lend Lease Act.
The radio was also issued to our troops in the First Czechoslovakia. Army Corps, and after the end of the war, 2 of them "got" into service in the Czechoslovak Army Corps. Army.
