Zde byl zařazen k čs. letectvu, s kterým byl 24. června evakuován s Port Vendre do Liverpoolu, kde dorazili 7. července 1940. Zde byl přijat v hodnosti Pilot Officer do RAF, kde zůstal do 30. června 1941. Pak pracoval pro filmovou skupinu Ministerstva zahraničí. 17. listopadu 1942 se pak dostavuje k lékařské prohlídce u čs. pozemní armády, kde je zařazen k náhradnímu tělesu. Z činné armádni služby byl propuštěn k 5. dubnu 1946. Po válce zustává v emigraci ve Francii a v USA. Umírá nečekaně 2. srpna 1952 v Hamburku.

Znova parádne kolo, ktoré som poriadne nestíhal, tak stále len po večeroch som sa niečo spýtal, nech aspoň nejako dopomôžem pri upresnení faktov o hľadanej osobnosti.
