Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IIC

This aircraft was not manufactured, but was created in 1943 by modification Spitfires Mk.IIB , the aircraft has retained its original armament. In practice, there were 50-52 aircraft, which, after modification, served in the naval rescue service. Spitfires were equipped with rescue equipment. Their designation was Mk.IIC, later ASR.Mk.II.
