Note:		 1) Eskadrona vznikla na základě organizačního rozkazu velitele Sloučené jezdecké brigády ze dne 23.09.1939.
2) Eskadronu tvořily zbytky 3. zákopnické a 6. zákopnické eskadrony, které se 20.09.1939 probily společně se zbytky svých mateřských jezdeckých brigád do obklíčené Varšavy.
3) Eskadrona zanikla při kapitulaci Varšavy. Kapitulace byla podepsána 28.09.1939, avšak jednotky složily zbraně a zanikly 29.09.1939.
4) Výzbroj a početní stavy eskadrony nejsou ve zdrojích uvedeny. V příloze k organizačnímu rozkazu o organizaci hospodářské správy je uvedeno, že eskadrona bude mít jednu polní kuchyni s jedním vozem (pravděpodobně proviantním).

Notes:
1) (13.12.1895-26.06.1944). To 23.09.1939 was the commander of the 6. zákopnické eskadrony. In the course of the fighting in Warsaw was injured, when her surrender (28.09.1939) was treated in one of the warsaw hospitals, and to avoid captivity. He was involved in resistance activities. DD.04.1943 was in Warsaw arrested by the Gestapo. In Poznań, he was sentenced to death and executed.
2) (27.07.1897-07.07.1965). To 23.09.1939 was the commander of the 3. zákopnické eskadrony. After the injury of the commander of eskadrony and his departure to the hospital is likely to become the commander of the eskadrony. After the surrender of Warsaw fell 29.09.1939 into German captivity. After the liberation from the captivity, resided some time in Great Britain and probably after the demobilisation of the Polish exile army returned to Poland.

3) (12.04.1902-07.11.1941). To 23.09.1939 was a commander as well. squad 6. zákopnické eskadrony. According to the internet source no. 1 fell after the surrender to the German captivity and was murdered in the pow camp Oflag XA in Sandbostel. Internet source # 3 states that he was murdered in a berlin prison.
4) (11.11.1907-DD.MM.YYYY). To 23.09.1939 was the commander of the II. squad 6. zákopnické eskadrony. It is not listed in the list of losses not captured.
5) (02.02.1906-DD.MM.1963 (1969?)). To 23.09.1939 was a commander as well. squad 3. zákopnické eskadrony. After the surrender of Warsaw fell 29.09.1939 into German captivity. After release from captivity he returned to Poland, where he lived and worked in the city of Szczecin. Internet source no. 1 indicates the year of death 1969, Głowacki states year 1963.
