The headquarters of the territory is a tactical organisational unit, in peace, in the direct subordination of the chief of the General staff of the CZECH army, for the state emergency (SOS) and the state of war (VS) the subordination of the commander of the Headquarters for the operation. The headquarters of the territory is responsible for the professional and methodological management of the regional military headquarters (kvv pvc insulated and sheathed) in the field of Active backups in recruiting soldiers in an active reserve to prepare, on military exercises and operational deployment, including their material equipment. Coordinates the processes associated with the construction and from the subordination of the kvv pvc insulated and sheathed.
The headquarters of the territory is responsible for the planning, management, execution of training, preparation and replenishment of the active backups to ensure the replenishment and reimbursement of the losses of the armed forces of the CZECH republic. In 2019 is the main task of the ensure the construction and operation of the Headquarters of the territory and to achieve initial operational capability on 1. January 2020.
In the year 2020 will be the main tasks of building the capabilities and capacities for securing the performance of the tasks in the area of training and from; the implementation of measures for the reconstruction of immovable infrastructure for the headquarters and ensure the training and activities of the Headquarters of the territory..
