Uehara Júsaku



Born sa in the city Mijakonodžó, provncia Hjúga (dnešná prefecture Miyazaki). 1879 terminates Imperiálnu vojenskú the academy is his life. In septembri 1882 sa becomes poručíkom and is seconded to the rokoch 1881-1885 to France, to the university of modern military umenie.
