Thursday 13.06.2019 (9 of shawwal 1440 Hijri) iraqi officers, spiritual and political leaders viewed the prototype al-Kafil, who reportedly will undergo troop trials in a sort of Al-Abbas Combat Division.

Actually, this is not a new design, but about the modernization of the already established of the soviet tank T-55, or even chinese type 69. At first glance it is obvious that there has been a major reconstruction of the towers and part of the fuselage. Some technical details are kept secret, but it is assumed:
- the use of new optical and electronic devices capable of detecting the distance of 14 km,
- the deployment of sensors around the perimeter of the vehicle covers 360°,
- the main armament consists of 100mm cannon D-10T with the range of 4 to 17 km,
- additional armament consists of three remote-controlled machine guns (one 12.7 mm and two 7.62 mm),
- fire system is controlled by an on-board computer,
- air-conditioning.

The Polish internet server Conflicts claim that the iraqi bigwigs and technicians from Al-Hashd ash-Shaabi were experienced in the CZECH republic and in 2018 reportedly agreed to cooperate with the company Excalibur Army.
