    The AMX 50 was a French tank designed in the immediate post Second World War period. It was proposed as, in succession, the French medium, heavy, and main battle tank, incorporating many advanced features. It was cancelled in the late 1950s however, due to unfavourable economic and political circumstances after serious delays in development.

    During 1949-1958, three versions of the chassis were created and modified in various ways. The first is sometimes referred to in foreign literature as the AMX-50A and was designed for a lighter type of swinging turret fitted with a 100 mm gun. In contrast, the French website "Char et blindes francais" fundamentally differentiates the versions of the prototypes according to the year of construction and the armament used.

    Anadolu (L-400) is an amphibious assault ship of the Turkish Navy that can be configured as a V/STOL aircraft carrier. It is named after the peninsula of Anatolia which forms the majority of the land mass of Turkey. The construction works began on 30 April 2016 at the shipyard of Sedef Shipbuilding Inc. in Istanbul, with the keel being laid on 7 February 2018. TCG Anadolu was commissioned with a ceremony on 10 April 2023.
    The vessel is intended to meet the various needs and requirements of the Turkish Armed Forces, such as sustaining long-endurance, long-distance military combat or humanitarian relief operations, while acting as a command center and flagship for the Turkish Navy.

    Volvo met the Swedish army's demand for a powerful artillery tractor to replace the TVB and complement the imported Skoda model. The development of the new larger and heavier off-road vehicle used technology and experience from previously produced off-road vehicles as well as imported equipment. The vehicle was equipped with all-wheel drive, powered by a six-cylinder Scania Vabis 6N30/2 with 140 hp. Over time, the engine power was found to be insufficient and was replaced by a more powerful 180hp Volvo D96 diesel engine when the vehicles were next upgraded.
