In the Spanish sky - Junkers Ju 86 D-1

During the Civil War, the Germans tested all three types of the Luftwaffe bombing unit at the time during the Civil War: Heinkel He 111, Dornier Do 17 and Junkers Ju 86. If the deployment under real combat conditions confirmed the quality of the first two structures, Junkers Ju 86 D- 1, tested on the Iberian Peninsula in five copies, failed. The not very successful deployment in Spain foreshadowed the further fate of this aircraft, the children of the well-known company Junkers Flugzeug und Motorenwerke AG.

Junkers Ju 87 Stuka

Some aircraft have a special place in the history of aircraft and also has a dive bomber Junkers Ju 87 Stuka. When World War II began, this bomber was very successful, but by the middle of the war it was obsolete. To this day, it represents a symbol of Nazi terror during the Second World War. This article describes the characteristics and history of Stuka as well as its predecessor, the dive-bombing biplane Henschel Hs 123.

This dive fighter was also called the "Stuka". What he did not destroy, at least he frightened by the sound of the engine combined with a special siren.
