a Monument to the victims 1. world war
In principle, a simple, structured, massive monument, with no sculptural decoration, only with an embossed simple decor. On the monument are not recognizable names of the fallen, but it is possible that he could have e.g. plates with the names, which have been preserved. The monument is surrounded by a fence and is situated in the little park enclosed by streets the Church and the Leipzig..

the Church of st. Barbara's
The present church of st. Barbara, is actually just presbyteriem originally the larger of the planned church. To own the completion of the main ship never happened and apart from any relics under the ground in the area of today's park, testifies to us about this construction plan and the northwest side of the church, as even the layout of the construction. Last but not least, we survived and not a few written references.
The foundation of the temple is assigned to the year 1420 (however, other sources place its creation until the end of the 15th. century). However, construction did not proceed too quickly, apparently, even having regard to the then situation in the country. Nevertheless, we can talk about a certain construction completion around the turn of the 15. and 16. century, but to the year 1584, we have the mention of damage to church by fire after a lightning strike. 1593 planned Jiří Ashes of Lobkowitz rebuilding the church with the fact that he wanted to establish a monastery, but this never happened. However, the building itself had to go through renesančnimi modifications, or where appropriate, completed. But soon began the thirty years war, during which the church was again damaged, additionally, it has adjusted the Swedish troops on their foothold. This became the church of a military object. The year 1667 was an unfinished ship disassembled for building material, which was used in the construction of the bridge over the Chomutovku. The church - in the form of the presbytery and the tower was adapted as a parish for the residents of the Upper Village. During the seven years war in the years 1757-1759, the church was again used for military purposes as a fortified object. He was so corrupt, that in the course of the 2. half of the 18. century considered its demolition. In 1813 they were at the church buried the Russian cossacks who fell during the campaign against Napoleon. From 1829 here was stored the gunpowder, and that in the year 1835, when at the instigation of And. B. Hilleho, 11. the bishop of litomerice, led to the return of the original purpose of the construction and later even to repair it.
