Zdejší dnes již zaniklá tvrz je poprvé doložena roku 1387, kdy Velešín koupil Oldřich z Rožmberka od Jana z Michalovi. Bělá byla připojena k novohradskému panství. Již roku 1541 byla tvrz pustá, zanikla a dnes se již zřejmě nedá určit kde stála.
