Mystery V-3.005
Source1) reports the destruction of this tank in the village of Lipovec. One tank of this type was irreparably destroyed there, but it was V-3.000. The source2) states that after the first combat deployment, a tank of this registration number was to be renumbered to V-3.006, which was destroyed near Zaluži. The reason why something like this would have been done and the source from where the author got this information is not known to me.

I managed to get photos of the destroyed tank near Zaluži from Mr. Karel Trojánek. It is V-3.005. Available sources attributed to this tank the designation V-3.006. The tank was destroyed on 27 June 1941 during an attack on a Soviet fortress, part of the Molotov Line. It was destroyed by a pair of 76.2 mm fortress guns. The tank's entire crew perished. They were the first members of the Slovak Airborne Forces to die on the Eastern Front.

Vrak tanku sa stal súčasťou pamätníka padlým slovenským vojakom. Pamätník stál v oblasti poľskej obce Zaluž (Załuż), vrak zbavený pojazdových kolies stál na betónovom podstavci. Pamätník existoval do konca 40. rokov 20. storočia, následne bol vrak zošrotovaný.
Vrak tanku si prezrel i prezident Slovenského štátu ThDr. Jozef Tiso
