the Monastery of the franciscans with the church of st. Francis Serafínského of Assisi
Monastery with the church he founded on 1. may 1651 Maximilian of Wallenstein. The entire monastery was designed for 12 friars. For its construction it was necessary to redeem, and destroy 10 of the older townhouses. Structurally the monastery was finished in 1654. Already in the years 1682 to 1685, it was to the monastery, on its north east corner, added a wing towards the garden. In the year 1707 there was a fire in which burned the church and convent, but it soon occurred to their recovery. 1803 the church burnt down again and again has been fixed. In 1842 it was in the eastern part of the presbytery built not tall, square bell tower. The monastery has surpassed even josefínské reform, and enjoyed considerable popularity. Church of the nativity of Virgin Mary
This is a fairly young construction on the site of the original two churches. The first was a wooden church with a monastery of dominicans, which originated after the mid-13th. century for the investment of the Vartenberk (probably Havel z Lemberka, together with his wife st. Zdislavou). This church was during the hussite wars in 1424 burnt and died and the monks of the monastery. After the restoration of the tabernacle in this place, it in the years 1550 to 1620 enjoyed the Unity of the fraternal. The year 1643 there was another fire and the subsequent further correction of the church. The church escaped the cancellation josefskými reforms thanks to the intercession of the court librarian Fortunáta Durycha, originating from the town of Turnov. However, the church was in poor condition so the new owners of the estate Aehrenthalové decided to church in 20. years of the 19th. century to tear down and replace it with a completely new building. city Hall
This is a historic building of the town hall drawn up in the years 1526 to 1527 in early renesančím style. Further in 1. half of the 17. century rebuilt in the late renesačním style. Changes underwent also the year 1707. Finally it was the year 1894 rebuilt novorenesančně. It is decorated with original stone city's coat of arms with a lion and c. 1526.

the Building of the city savings bank
Originally, there stood a relatively large house With a golden Eagle. The purchased city savings bank, left it sbořit and 1907 here left to build a new building according to the project of the architect Jan Heindla. This house with the dimensions of the square surpassed as the building of the town hall and the monastery church of st. Francis of Assisi and became the new dominant feature of the square. The construction was realized by the firm the Lamb and the Stork. City savings bank used the building until 1945 when it was nationalised. Subsequently, here was the home of financial institutions of the state and subsequently the private sector. In the early 90's. years the building was extended on the west side.

a Fountain with Mariana pillar
This is not the original fountain, this was during the era of socialism abolished and remained only the statue of the Virgin Mary, but a replica of 1998. The original sandstone fountain with mariana column from J. Max came from the year 1842. Restored was thanks to the initiative of the Association of natives and friends of Turnov, and the gift of mr B. J. Horáček.

Jewish cemetery
This is a younger jewish cemetery, which was founded around the year 1720. There is a series of sandstone tombstones. The oldest is from the year 1680, therefore, was probably transferred from the old cemetery. In the reconstructed hřbitovním house of the year 1800, there is an exhibition about the jewish settlements of the region.

a Fountain with a statue of st. Václav
The original sculpture, where ≤ stands a statue of st. Wenceslas, on his right is a statue of st. John of Nepomuk and to the left of the statue of the protector of the family of st. Anthony of Padua. Comes from the year 1761, the author is not known. The fountain was built later.

Military cemetery
During 1. world war ii on the territory of the town of Turnov (or even in his neighborhood ?) there were several military hospitals. Many of the soldiers here bringing here have succumbed to injury or disease. These were from the territory of the Czech republic, but also Austria and Germany (and maybe other countries or other parts of the monarchy). They bury on a local cemetery. It is currently identified 69 soldiers, but it is considered that of the dead there is buried more. For 2. world war here buried and the germans, though the exact location is not known, and shortly after the war there were buried and the other German prisoners. There is also a grave of a soldier of the czechoslovak. army in the USSR Nicholas Šája. In the area is even modení a monument to the dead of 1914-1918. This monument belongs to the only cemetery in the city is another monument to the victims of war.

Kamenářský house
This is a copy of the house no. 19 from the beginning of the 19th. century, which in Turn stood to April 1973 and was the last representative of the type of log town-house in Turnov. A copy was established in 2009-2010 and is part of the Museum of the Bohemian paradise. In the house there is an exhibition illuminating the relationships between Turnov and Idar-Obersteinem in Germany. There is exposure to stone cutting and glass making.
