PZL = Państwowe Zakłady Lotnicze (Statni Letecke Zavody)

Pro polske letectvo vyrobeno 50 P-11a a 150 P-11c (1934-1936), dodatecne pro Rumunsko 50 P-11b a 95 P-11f (castecne v rumunskym zavode IAR). V roce 1939 byl vystaven prototyp P-11g Kobuz (motor PZL-WS Merkury VIII – 840 k, zakryta kabina, kridla z PZL P-24, vyzbroj 6 kulometu), ale vyroba nezacala. V zari 1939 slouzili 109 P-11c, 20 P-11a a 1 P-11g (12 eskadr a nekolik jinych jednotek). Polsti letci sestrelili 97 nemeckych a 3 sovetska letadla, ztrateno bylo 98 P-11 (45 ve vzdusnych bojich); nektera letadla preletela do Rumunska, v Rumunsku P-11a/b/c/f slouzily do roku 1942.
