XO-2 - two-seat reconnaissance and observation aircraft, designed as a replacement for DH-4B and DH-4M, two prototypes with different engines
O-2 - serial option with the Liberty engine V-1650-1, 45 pcs
O-2A - variant of the with facilities for night flying, 18 pcs
O-2B - nezobrojená, the command variant, the dual control; 6 pcs
The O-2BS - civil machine designed for flyover Canada, later converted to a three-digit MO-2BS
-2C - observation version, a flat frontal radiator, 54 pcs
XO-2C - the machine used for testing radios
O-2D - unarmed staff transport, the two machines
O-2E - a prototype with a modified rudder and ailerons the united strut instead of a wire
A-2H - basically a new machine with a modified fuselage, new tail surfaces and landing gear, 140 pcs
O-2J - unarmed staff transport, three machines
About-2K - analogue of the O-2H, 57 pcs, 40 of which later modified to the practice of BT-1
O-2M - export variant for Mexico, 8 machines, two more as a slightly modified O-2M-2

- O-2MC with clear engine Pratt & Whitney Hornet a, 10 pcs

XO-14 - an experimental scaled-down version of the O-2H, 1 machine
YO-22 - two experimental machines with the tail surfaces coated corrugated plate and a beveled upper wing, engine Pratt & Whitney R-1340-9
O-25 - variants with engine Conqueror
O-29 - an experimental machine similar to the O-2K, but with an engine Wright R-1750 later renamed XO-29A with an engine Wright R-1820-1 and finally A-29A
YO-34 - experimental machine, similar to the YO-22, but with the engine V-1570-11
-38 - variants coming from the O-25 but with a star engine R-1690

BT-1 - 40 O-2K modified to incorporate the second set of proceedings on the practice
