Klenot:
Badge: 		Medaile je ražena z bronzu a je dobře zlacená. Jde o kruhovou medaili o průměru 29,5 mm a o síle 2 mm.
Avers
Na ploše medaile se nachází ruka se sevřenou pěstí, která svírá vavřínovou ratolest. Při pravém okraji nahoře je umístěna pěticípá hvězda a zcela nahoře je nápis „KSČ". Na dolním okraji se nachází letopočet „1921-1971“.

Revers:
Na středu medaile nacházíme zástavu (prapor). Dále heslo, které je rozloženo ve třech řádcích:
PROLETÁŘI VŠECH ZEMÍ SPOJTE SE.
Pod rudou zástavou je položen srp a kladivo.

Žerď praporu je heraldicky na pravé straně. Ve středu medaile, pod rozvinutým praporem je malý znak srpu a kladiva.

Medaile je pomocí ouška a závěsného kroužku upevněna na stuhu. Medaile i se stuhou váží 18,5 g. Medailér Jiří Prádler.		 -

Die Erinnerungsmedaille zum 50. Jährigen Jubileum der Gründung der Komunistischen partei Tschechoslovakeis
A very common medal, which was awarded in many cases across the board, is now almost unknown among young and aspiring falerists. Perhaps it would not be out of place to describe this medal somewhat.
On the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, in May 1971, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia established its Commemorative and Meritorious Medal, which was awarded at all ceremonial events, meetings and assemblies, first to pre-war party members, then to all deserving party members, and eventually to almost all party members. Members of the People's Militia later received the medal almost by right. The main and only criterion was loyalty to the Party and devotion to the principles of Marxism-Leninism.
The medalist Jiří Prádler performed his task to perfection.
From the artistic point of view, it is a rather nice and interesting medal, which can perhaps only remind us of the rule of the comrades and their proletarian-plebeian minions.
