- united with 1st Battalion of the 3rd Regiemnt of Foot, 29th Regiment of Foot, 2nd Battalion of the 31st Regiment of Foot, and 1st Battalion of the 57th Regiment of Foot to form The Provisional Battalion (later 1st Provisional Battalion)
- in Albuhera battle 16.5.1811, is battalion decimated and lost its Colours
