338 Lapua Magnum

The charge developed in the U.S. around 1984, manufactured by Lapua. Cartridge has great ballistics properties, flat-trajectory missiles and the missile is very little affected by side wind. The missile of 16.2 g muzzle velocity of 900 m/sec. It is used for shooting up to 1000 m (the charge of the 308 Win. usually up to 300 m) and a rifle in this caliber often tend to have in the arsenal of special units. The charge produced by the f. I suspect from the the year 2013 produced by this charge i f. S&B with a shot of 16.2 g and 19.4 g..
