Rough cannon vz.35 calibre 10,5 cm

A gun of the Škoda system with a horizontal wedge breech, manufactured by Akciová společnost, formerly Škoda Plzen Works, from December 1935 for both domestic and export use.
The cannon consisted of a single transport unit (in case of emergency also two, barrel and lafette) in which mototraction and hypotraction were assumed. The steel autofretted monoblock barrel with breech was mounted on a cradle with liquid brake, air recoil and strut balancers, the cradle was captured by pins on the upper lafette and the latter pivotally mounted on the lower lafette, whose arms were deployable. The sprung axle was fitted with disc wheels and tyres with separate brakes.
When transporting the unspread gun, the barrel was pulled back and the whole gun was towed by a truck, the same situation was also the case when transporting the unfolded gun, in which case two six-packs could also be used.
In the autumn of 1938 the gun, totalling more than 100 pieces, was in the armament of one detachment of Artillery Regiment 105, Artillery Regiment 107, Artillery Regiment 109, Artillery Regiment 126 and Artillery Regiment 302.
