Between 18-20 November 1948, the 5th meeting of representatives of NGOs and representatives of the company Škoda took place in Pilsen ( DKS - artillery study commission), on which the decision was made to develop a light platform for possible light self-propelled guns, self-propelled anti-aircraft gun and light tank ( T-17).

Tank Fighter Project for Tank Army Command. The design was very similar in construction to a tank destroyer Jagdpanzer 38 (t). The project was probably to be armed with a developing 76.2 mm anti-tank cannon A19. The secondary armament was to be a 7.92 mm heavy machine gun mounted in a shooting range in the frontal armor (to the left of the driver's position) and a 12.7 mm machine gun developed, which was to be mounted in a small observation turret (unified system usable in other projects of self-propelled guns and tank TVP). The aim of the cannon was to be in the range of -8 ° to + 20 °, the measurement was to be in the range of 30 °. According to the drawing in the said source, the cannon was to be mounted in the axis of the vehicle, the cannon was not to be equipped with a muzzle brake. The project did not go beyond the level of consideration.

On 19.4.1949, the head of the 1st department of the Main Staff convened a meeting of representatives of the 1st and 3rd departments of the Military Technical Institute, the Headquarters of the Tank Troops and the Headquarters of the Artillery in order to unify the requirements for the new machines. The number of projects was in fact large and prohibitive for development and production capacities.

The tank fighter project for the Tank Troop Command was to be merged with the tank fighter/self-propelled gun project for the Artillery Command (76.2mm ShPTK 6.6/900-LP (Zb 5916-S)).

All the machine designs on the "LP" (light chassis), including this one, did not cross the plane of considerations.
