The vehicle is designed to conduct psychological warfare (psychological effects on members of the enemy's armed forces as well as on its own soldiers) in the frontline and near-frontline zones.
The equipment of the vehicle enables the preparation (creation) and storage of own (created) and received acoustic sessions with propaganda content and their repeated dissemination with the aim of "reaching" the largest possible number of persons and influencing them.
In the case of members of the enemy's armed forces, the aim of disseminating propaganda and waging psychological warfare is to undermine their morale and weaken their will to initiate or continue combat activity; in the case of their own soldiers, the aim is, on the contrary, to strengthen this and support their determination to continue combat activity.
Vehicle equipment is not necessarily used only for the dissemination of the spoken word or music, but also sounds (noises) intended to imitate certain manifestations of (their own) preparations for the commencement of intensive combat activity - for example, the sounds of columns of moving heavy combat equipment (tanks), the sounds of artillery fire, the passage of aircraft and helicopters, and so on. This can be used not only to psychologically influence members of the enemy's armed forces, but also to "acoustic camouflage" the activities of one's own troops.
The vehicle can also be used to psychologically influence and spread propaganda among the civilian population on a local scale, but this is not its primary task.
