Note:
1) Rozprášená divize byla rekonstruována už od 15. září, ale teprve 17. září bylo rozhodnuto o její reorganizaci a zařazení do sestavy Armády Przedrzymirski.
2) 23.09.1939 byl v boji s jednotkami německé 8. pěší divize zraněn a padl do německého zajetí.
3) 22.09.1939 byl v boji těžce zraněn a později zemřel.
