The british military court in the Singapore vyriekol rozsudok over gen. mjr. Icuki Toshio (death penalty) and the other 15 Japanese dôstojníkmi and us men, ktorím bolo the blame vojnové crimes and more specifically the evil zaobchádzanie and mučenie 86 obyvytelov Nicobarských ostrovov.

The prosecution uviedla that the Japanese in the last year, the army accused ostrovanov of signalizujú allied lietadlám and subsequently executed 83 of them, ostávajúci 3 they died during the vezby.
