Alaparma AP.65 Baldo
The company Alaparma SpA was 1945 based in Italy in order to create a light dvoutrupého two-digit tourist airplane. His proposal created by Adriano Mantelli, which it was first lifted into the air in 1942. So there was a small series of letounků, that practically differed only performance of used engine - M-8, AM-9 and AM-10. The best-known type was Alaparma AP.65 Baldo, therefore, Bold.

The machine was virtually all made of wood. Trupová gondola egg-shaped bore in the bow of the two seats for the flight, placed next to each other. To the sides of the cabin was at the level of the trailing edges of the wings connected on each side of a single slender beam of the truss of the structure carrying the tail surfaces. The beams have a fairly significant departure from the horizontal axis upward, which corresponded to the angle of inclination of the edges of a simple vertical fin and rudder, mounted in the center of the simple tail. A whole formed the arrangement of the fixed frame, at that time very popular.

The model did not fly was equipped with the inline four-cylinder cylinder air cooled engine in a compression arrangement, to have two places for the squadron and was equipped with a inline four-cylinder cylinder air cooled engine Walter Mikron in a compression arrangement, from 65 hp, pre-war czechoslovak product, which powered a two-blade pusher propeller.

Wing classic one beam construction, covered with birch plywood, středoplošného arrangement, should arrow shape, which hinder the pilot's view.

Hard the chassis was also properly unusual - under the bow of the small sliding ližina, in the middle under the cockpit the main simple round. At the end of the fuselage gondola then a small moving circle. For ease of movement around the country are on the ends of the wings added the presser foot with rails, completed small wheels. Both beams could be folded, so the model did not fly it could be transported by road on a special chassis towed by a car.

Despite the efforts of the creators but more success followed, there were only a few pieces of the following versions, differentiated by the used engines:
Alaparma AP.75 Balvo, therefore Zajíkavý: it was equipped with the czechoslovakian in-line, water
cooled four-cylinder Praha D. with an output of 75 hp (56 kW), in the horizontal flight
reaching a maximum speed of 217 km/h, and a cruising speed of 192 km/h, empty
the weight of 280 kilograms and takeoff maximum weight of 490 kg .

Mantelli AM-10: was equipped with a Continental engine And a-95 on the performance of 65 hp (48 kW);
built in Argentina and differentiate their predecessors two vertical guideposts

Mantelli AM-11 Albatross: it was equipped with the engine in ambrosini P-25..
