Note:		 1) Po boji s jednotkami sovětské 99. střelecké divize a 34. jezdecké divize byly zbytky Novohradské jezdecké brigády a tím i pluku rozpuštěny.
2) Prostor dislokace jednotek brigády. Přesná dislokace velitelství pluku není v uvedených zdrojích uvedena.
3)Na bojišti odvolán velitelem brigády pro neuposlechnutí rozkazu a dán k dispozici veliteli Jezdecké operační skupiny Anders. Velením pluku byl pověřen dosavadní zástupce velitele pluku. Se skupinkou svých důstojníků unikl do Maďarska.
4) 13.09.1939 plnila eskadrona průzkumý úkol pro brigádu a boje pluku u Józefowa a Grabina s jednotkami 11. pěší divize se nezúčastnila. Při ústupu se přidala ke 25. hulánskému pluku a ke svému pluku se vrátila teprve 17. 09.1939 v prostoru jižně od Baranova.
5) Těžký plukovní trén ztratil 13.09.1939 v prostoru obce Wiązowna kontakt s plukem a 15.09.1939 ustoupil do Varšavy. Tam byl převelen k Jezdeckému uskupení Juniewicz. Z rozkazu majora Juniewicze z něho vznikla bojová jednotka, která byla 23.09.1939 u obce Łomianki rozprášena.
6) V uvedených zdrojích nejsou o zániku družstva uvedeny žádné údaje.
7) Baterie byla organizačně v sestavě oddílu, ale operačně podléhala veliteli pluku.

26 Pułk Ułanów Wielkopolskich imienia hetman Jan Karol Chodkiewicza was a tactical union cavalry as part of the Novohradske cavalry brigade.
Alarm of mobilization of the regiment belonging to the units of the "green" mobilization of the group was in posádkovém the town of Baranowicze in the days 23. – 25. march.

The heavy train, which was formed from the auxiliary eskadrony lost 13.09.1939 contact with his regiment. Under the command of commander eskadrony and quartermaster of the regiment retreated 15.09.1939 to Warsaw, where he was with the wagons assembled in Łazienkach transferred to the Equestrian group Juniewicz. There was of the charioteers formed a fighting unit (two cavalry and three infantry squads) under the command of centurion Kucharského, which was 23.09.1939 in the municipality of Łomianki scattered. Centurion Kucharski fell DD.10.1939 to the German captivity. Survived the war and after release from captivity he returned to Poland.
II. the deputy commander of the regiment (the landlord) came with a heavy coach is also to the Equestrian group Juniewicz and 23.09.1939 was in the wiped out group.
